Executive Service Professionals (ESP) was born out of my experiences working for staffing companies. While these companies were great at securing permanent employment, they often struggled to provide consistent support for temporary projects. I frequently received calls from businesses asking when I’d be available to assist as they valued having the same person return who is familiar with their needs. This gave me the opportunity to build strong, long term relationships with clients.
In my previous roles as a “floater,” I gained extensive experience supporting multiple department managers in areas like purchasing, human resources, sales, marketing, and even CEOs. My natural organizational skills, ability to multitask, and resourcefulness allowed me to smoothly transition between various administrative tasks, which boosted my confidence in versatile roles.
The goal of ESP is to offer flexible, reliable assistance
to companies when needed, while fostering lasting relationships to meet their evolving needs.
